2.1. When providing services to job seekers and employers through our Platform, My1Min acts as the data controller. 3.1. We collect personal data directly from you when you register for or interact with our Platform and otherwise use our services, fill out forms, or otherwise communicate with us.
3.2. For job seekers, this may include your name, contact details, date of birth, employment history, video content, application materials, and other information you choose to provide.
3.3. For employers, we may process personal data pertaining to your employees, candidates, or representatives as necessary to provide Our Platform and our services to your organisation.
3.4. We may also collect technical information such as device identifiers, IP addresses, and usage data to ensure the security and functionality of our platform.
4. Purpose & Legal Basis
4.1. We process your personal data as a data controller for the purpose of providing our Platform to you, facilitating your job applications and job listings, enabling video-based applications and interviews (incl. training), and managing your user account. The legal basis for this processing is the performance of our contract with you.
4.2. We may also process your personal data to improve our Platform and our services and to otherwise maintain the security of the same. The legal basis for this processing is our legitimate interests in improving and ensuring the security of our Platform.

We ensure that any transfer of personal data outside the EEA is subject to appropriate safeguards in accordance with the GDPR, including Standard Contractual Clauses. We only use sub-processors in the United States that are certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

Access to personal data is restricted to authorised personnel, and all data is encrypted both in transit and at rest.
