The job marked has never been more competitive.

Job seekers spend hours writing applications and tailoring their CVs. At the same time, employers receive hundreds of applications and are forced to make decisions based on documents that often look very similar.

Today, AI can help candidates write perfect cover letters. But AI cannot show who a person really is.

That's where My1Min comes in.

We make it easier for people to stand out and show the person behind the CV/resume.

We have created a new way for people to present themselves and a better way for employers to discover the talent they are looking for.

How did it start?
My1Min was founded by entrepreneurs and business leaders who, over many. years, have interviewed thousands of candidates and hired hundreds of people.

Through those experiences, we discovered something important:

Many of the best candidates did not necessarily have the best CVs.

Some lacked the "perfect" background.

Some had gaps in their employment history.

Some were nervous about the application process. Many were nervous in interviews.

Some were overlooked before they ever had a chance to show who they really were.

Yet time and again, these individuals turned out to be some of the most valuable employees.

It lead us to ask a simple question:

Why should a CV alone determine who gets the opportunity to be seen?

We wanted to make it easier for people to showcase their potential and easier for employers to discover it.

That was the beginning of My1Min.
