AI has made every application look polished. That makes it harder, not easier, to know who to meet.
Cover letters written by AI look perfect – and identical. "Motivated team player" tells you nothing.
You read page after page before you know whether someone could fit your team.
You only discover the personality when the candidate is already sitting in front of you.
Easy Match turns it around: you see the person first.
Write the job, add your own video if you like, and share the link in ads, on job boards or on social media – or print the QR poster for your window.
Every application has a 1-minute video, the CV and references in one place. Candidates apply for free, right where they see your job.
Swipe through applicants and invite the people you want to meet. Everyone you don't take forward automatically gets a polite rejection from My1Min – so no one is left waiting.
See how candidates speak and present themselves before you spend time on an interview.
A video can't be polished by a chatbot. You meet the motivation behind the application.
You've already seen the person, so deciding who to invite takes minutes.
Browse candidates who have made their profiles visible, and show interest. When it's mutual, start the conversation.
Add a company video so candidates get a feel for your team and culture.
Candidates you don't take forward get an automatic, polite rejection. No one is left wondering, and your reputation as an employer grows.
Still putting "We're hiring" in the window and collecting paper CVs? Print the Easy Match QR poster instead. Candidates scan, record a short video and apply on the spot – and you see every application in one place.
