  2. Buy a digital application folder, where you will receive and handle all applications.
     
     
  3. Create an application folder on My1Min.com to receive all applications. If you are hiring for several positions you can create several folders.
     
     
  4. Advertise your job opening wherever you want, and copy the link to the application folder in to your job listing. Tips on how to request video presentations with the applications are given after login.
     
     
  5. Jobseekers click the link, log in or register as a new user, upload their photo and CV and write a short cover letter. They can record a one-minute video presentation or choose to apply with their cover letter instead.
     
     
  6. You will receive all job applications in the application folder and can easily evaluate, rank, internally comment with your colleagues, communicate with the applicants and finally send a professional rejection letter to finalize the process.
